Our Story
From the door of Malenadu, Sirsi, for over 16 years, TSS Medical Education has been a trusted name in healthcare professional training in Sirsi, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka.
Backed by TSS Seva Samiti and established under the umbrella of TSS Shripad Hegde Kadave Institute of Medical Sciences — popularly known as TSS Hospital — our two institutions were founded to address the growing need for skilled allied health and paramedical professionals in the region.
Having produced hundreds of graduates who are today serving in government hospitals, private hospitals, diagnostic labs, imaging centres, and healthcare institutions across India and in several international countries, TSS Medical Education continues to be a pillar of healthcare education in Karnataka's Malenadu region.

Two Institutions Under TSS Medical Education
1. TSS Shripad Hegde Kadave Institute of Allied Health Sciences - Sirsi
This degree-level institution offers Bachelor of Science (BSc) programmes in Allied Health Sciences, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and approved by the Government of Karnataka. Courses offered include BSc MLT, BSc AT&OT, BSc MIT, and BHA - all four-year programmes combining academic training with one year of internship at TSS Hospital and affiliated centres.
2. TSS Shripad Hegde Kadave Institute of Allied and Health Care Sciences - Sirsi (Paramedical)
This diploma-level institution offers Paramedical diploma programmes recognised by the Allied and Health Care Paramedical Board, Directorate of Medical Education, Karnataka. Established in 2009, it has produced skilled diploma graduates in medical laboratory technology, imaging technology, and operation theatre technology who are today serving in healthcare settings across Karnataka and beyond.
